DeltaEdge Major Update September 14th 2025
Hello everyone,
Before diving into the latest update, I want to explain what’s been happening recently. If you’ve noticed a drop in the number of trades or entire days without any trades, it’s due to the rollover period. Both contracts—09-25 and the new 12-25—are currently experiencing lower volume.
For those who’ve recently started their trial, don’t worry: your trial period will be extended until the situation stabilizes and the bot can be properly tested. If I happen to miss someone, please send me an email so I can manually extend your trial.
Now, let’s talk about the update.
This release is by far my favorite—both for the results it delivers and the collaborative effort with users during development.
1. Auto Breakeven
This is the first new feature. You can now set a profit trigger for breakeven and define an offset so the stop moves into profit instead of just to zero. It’s simple, effective, and can be toggled on or off via the Chart Trader button or in the settings.
2. Trend Filter
The second new feature comes pre-configured with optimal default parameters. This filter helps avoid counter-trend trades during strong directional moves. You’ll also see a summary indicating the strength of the trend and whether it’s currently blocking long or short trades.
Together, these two features have significantly improved the bot’s performance—especially in terms of drawdown reduction and capital protection.
Below, I’ve included two backtest screenshots from August, which was a nearly negative month.

As you can see, profit nearly doubled, trades decreased by around 20%, max drawdown was cut by more than half, and win rate reached 75%. Not bad at all.
3. UI Enhancement
Lastly, there’s now a small arrow-shaped button on the chart that lets you hide or show the command panel.
